Looking back on 2025, it’s clear just how active, connected, and collaborative our association truly is. Throughout the year, our members came together to share knowledge, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and build meaningful relationships, both locally and globally.
Key Activities and Initiatives
- Special Interest Group: 40+ Sub-committee meetings were held throughout 2025. Participating in special interest group discussions creates a culture of collaboration, enables targeted knowledge-sharing, and connects members with peers who face similar challenges and opportunities.
- PDP Programs: Now in year 2 of our Grad Camp and year 3 of our (PDP) program. Our graduate program accelerates professional growth by providing structured learning, real-world experience, and continuous support to help new accountants build strong, confident foundations in their careers.
- NextGen Program: Launched to support the development of emerging talent across our firms. Our NextGen program equips future partners with the skills, confidence, and strategic insight needed to progress from high-potential talent to influential firm leaders.
- Managers and Senior Accountants Online Programs: New online initiatives to support continuous learning.
- Training & Webinars: 27 online training sessions delivered, alongside 4 industry-specific webinars.
- Podcast: Season 2 launched, continuing to share insights and expertise across the association.
- All Day Managing Partners Forum: Hosted the inaugural event, bringing leadership together for knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

- Changing of the Guard – Emerging Leaders Sub Committee Chair: We are delighted to welcome Angela Yu as the new Chair and look forward to her direction in supporting the next generation of APAC leaders.
- Community Contributions – Thanks to the generosity of many ANZ Firms we raised over $11,000 AUD, a powerful demonstration of the compassion and commitment of the DFK family.
These initiatives are all about investing in people, building capability, and supporting long-term career pathways within our firms.
Most importantly, none of this happens without engaged members. The energy, participation, and willingness to collaborate across the DFK ANZ community is what makes this association so impactful.
