Community

All our firms support community events and organisations in their local areas, aligning with the causes that are close to the hearts of their teams. DFK Australia New Zealand as a group, currently supports two main charities.

Supporting Ronald McDonald House

DFK ANZ is proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) through a variety of engagement, sponsorship and fundraising events in the community.

Our member firms and teams get involved in volunteer initiatives and events, as well as contributing funds in support of RMHC’s vital work helping sick children. In addition, member firms support houses in their local areas and raise funds via team events, fun runs, walks, working bees and morning teas.

We’re proud to support RMHC and help houses around Australia and New Zealand continue their great work.

The DFK ANZ Board presents $10,000 to the charity each year at its annual partner’s conference, with the funding being given to the House based in that location.

The conference also welcomes special guests from the charity and family members who have directly benefitted who can tell their moving stories.

“Thank you DFK ANZ for your ongoing support. Since our partnership began your financial contribution has supported over 437 nights worth of accommodation for families in need”.

Supporting Movember

Along with DFK International, DFK ANZ also helps to raise awareness and funds for men’s health through our participation in Movember.

DFK International ranks in the top 100 organisations worldwide for its Movember efforts.

Each year, more than 40 teams participate, growing over 330 moustaches and creating over 700,000 emails, social media posts and conversations promoting men’s health issues.

We also raise a substantial contribution towards the cause across DFK International.
